Role Description The Lead Designer role at Livspace is a full-time, For Hinjewadi Location based in Pune City. The Lead Designer will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from initial client consultations and needs assessment to concept development, space planning, material selection, and final design presentations. This role includes guiding and mentoring a team of designers, ensuring design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all projects. The Lead Designer will collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution, budget alignment, and timely delivery of designs.



Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing design documentation, incorporating client feedback, and leveraging Livspace's technology platform to manage workflows and improve the client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design and space-planning skills, with a portfolio showcasing residential projects and diverse design styles.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software) and comfort working with digital project management platforms.
- Experience leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including requirements gathering, presentation abilities, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, along with practical knowledge of on-site execution and coordination with contractors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with contemporary design trends, sustainable design practices, and local building norms and regulations is an advantage.
- Prior experience in large-scale residential or home renovation projects, preferably within a tech-enabled or design-led organization, is beneficial.
