Looking for someone with analyst skillset. Someone who can come in and grasp the layout of our AIM/MD homegrown website and assist in analyzing issues and testing. We have the necessary L1/service desk personnel who fields basic customer queries; this would be someone who d take on and analyze issues from root-casus and work with the developer to fix and deploy.
