Role Description The 2D Designer (AutoCAD) will work full time on-site in Gurugram, creating precise 2D drawings and technical layouts using AutoCAD and related design tools. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design briefs and specifications, preparing detailed plans, elevations, and sections, and revising drawings based on feedback from project managers, engineers, or architects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project standards, industry codes, and client requirements.



The designer will maintain organized drawing files, adhere to quality and safety guidelines, and support documentation and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong 2D drafting skills using AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in design detailing, dimensioning, and layout preparation for construction or manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality checking of drawings and revising designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic project coordination, documentation, and file management.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience as a 2D Designer, Draftsperson, or CAD Technician will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with diverse teams, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
