Join USI Talent Acquisition as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant or Senior Consultant to provide expert support and enhancements across HCM modules, driving successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support and implement changes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including HCM Extracts and interfaces.
- Develop, debug, and maintain BI and OTBI reports, leveraging Report Composer for enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data load issues involving HDL, FBL, and PBL tools.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and project progression.
- Lead and mentor technical associates, manage client engagements, and liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors to resolve product and integration challenges.
Required skills and experience
- 3-5 years (Consultant)
or 6-10 years (Senior Consultant) experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
- Proficient with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI (including Report Composer), HDL, FBL, and PBL tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills for debugging rapid formulas and interface issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Senior Consultants must demonstrate subject matter expertise and lead technical teams across delivery cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas development and modification.
