We’re looking for experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to contribute their expertise to an AI training project.
You’ll apply your recruiting knowledge to sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing, and labor-market analysis while providing practical feedback on recruitment-related tasks.
Previous AI experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using professional networks, job boards, databases, and other talent channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Develop and evaluate candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct or assess structured interview processes.
- Provide explicit feedback on candidate suitability and selection decisions.
- Research job markets, talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring conditions.
- Evaluate recruiting scenarios and identify effective approaches.
- Apply consultative communication when engaging with candidates and professionals.
- Share practical recommendations based on current recruitment practices.
- Document findings and communicate insights clearly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcing.
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing and talent identification.
- Skilled in resume screening and candidate assessment.
- Experience conducting or supporting structured interviews.
- Positive understanding of changing job markets and talent availability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote deliverables.
- Comfortable adapting to changing project requirements.

Compensation
$30–$42 per hour , depending on the project and assignment.
This is a contract prospect, and available hours may vary according to project requirements.
