We are looking for a Customer Relationship
Intern who is proactive, confident, and customer-focused. The
intern will be responsible for engaging with existing customers,
understanding their experience with our products and services,
collecting valuable feedback, addressing customer queries, and
identifying opportunities to introduce and cross-sell new and
upcoming products.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent
communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the
ability to handle customer queries professionally and
efficiently.

Key
Responsibilities:

- Engage with existing
customers to understand their experience with our
products and services.

- Conduct regular customer interactions to
collect feedback, suggestions, and satisfaction
levels.

- Understand customer requirements and identify
areas where additional products or services can add
value.

- Respond to customer queries promptly and provide
appropriate information or solutions.

- Build and maintain strong, professional
relationships with existing customers.

- Introduce customers to new and upcoming
products and services based on their
requirements.

- Identify and generate cross-selling and
upselling opportunities from the existing customer
base.

- Follow up with customers regarding feedback,
requirements, product updates, and pending queries.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely
resolution of customer concerns.





- Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions, feedback, follow-ups, and opportunities.

- Share customer feedback and insights with the
relevant teams to support product and service
improvement.

- Contribute towards customer retention,
satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation
in B. A, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.

- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling
abilities.

- Confident and professional while communicating with
customers.

- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving
abilities.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and
respond to queries efficiently.

- Strong follow-up and relationship management
skills.

- Willingness to learn about products, services, and
customer requirements.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel will
be an advantage.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
