Job Summary
Lead the planning, implementation,
and evaluation of the Cambridge IGCSE programme, ensuring high-quality delivery
and compliance with Cambridge guidelines while supporting students, staff, and
parents.
Key
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Planning & Development
Design, review, and refine IGCSE curriculum in collaboration with academic
leadership, aligning with Cambridge standards.
- Assessment & Exam Coordination
Organize and manage internal and external assessments, including exam logistics,
registration, and adherence to Cambridge protocols.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Track student performance, analyze achievement data, and prepare reports
for school leadership to support academic improvement.
- Teacher Support & Development
Mentor and guide IGCSE faculty. Arrange workshops and qualified
development to optimize teaching effectiveness.
- Student & Parent Engagement
Advise students on course selection, study strategies, and provide regular
updates to parents about academic progress.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
Maintain up-to-date curriculum resources, ensure Cambridge compliance, and
liaise with examination boards.
- Administrative Coordination
Maintain accurate records of registrations, examination entries, and
results. Coordinate with school departments for resource allocation and
scheduling.
- Professional Collaboration
Work with leadership, admissions, counselling, and other teams for a
cohesive IGCSE strategy and support school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications
& Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related
field. Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of IGCSE experience (curriculum
delivery or coordination).
- Deep familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE syllabus,
assessments, and compliance standards. Excellent interpersonal,
leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with educational
technology and data analysis tools.
