AutoRein, a specialised daily car-wash division of Le Servia Facility Services Pvt Ltd, is hiring a responsible and hardworking Car Wash Assistant Supervisor for apartment-based daily car-wash operations.
The selected candidate must be ready to work from 2:00 AM and should actively participate in car washing while coordinating the cleaning team.

Shift: 2:00 AM early-morning shift
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Mandatory Requirements
Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory
Must know car driving confidently
Must be ready to report for work at 2:00 AM
Willing to perform car-washing work along with the team
Physically fit and comfortable with field work
Flexible according to apartment and operational requirements
Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily exterior and scheduled interior car cleaning
Supervise and support car-wash employees at assigned apartment locations
Allocate vehicles and daily duties among team members
Ensure all scheduled cars are cleaned on time
Check the quality of every completed car wash
Move or drive vehicles safely whenever required
Ensure correct use of water,
cleaning chemicals, cloths and equipment
Maintain car-wash tools, machines and materials properly
Track employee attendance and daily completed vehicles
Report staff absence, customer complaints and operational issues
Maintain discipline, punctuality and safety at the worksite
Communicate politely with apartment residents and customers
Assist the team directly during staff shortages or heavy workloads
Qualification
10th, Plus Two, ITI, Diploma or any qualification Practical experience, driving ability and willingness to work are more important.
Experience
Previous experience in car washing, apartment car washing, car detailing, vehicle cleaning, service centres or team supervision is preferred. Suitable candidates with driving experience and a good attitude may also apply.
Desired Candidate
The candidate should be responsible, punctual and capable of managing a small car-wash team. This is not an office-only supervisory position. The selected person must be prepared to wash cars and work practically with the employees.
