We are looking for an experienced person to manage the day-to-day operations of a boutique hospitality property in Alleppey, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth functioning

* Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues

* Supervise housekeeping, and other staff

* Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs and guest requirements

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and property upkeep

* Ensure the property is well maintained and guest-ready at all times

Candidate Profile

* Previous experience in hotel, resort, homestay preferred

* Robust communication and people-management skills

* Practical, hands-on and willing to take responsibility

* Hospitality experience is an advantage

* Female Candidate preferred
