KIOSK KAFFEE – BARISTA JOB OPENING

Position: Barista / Café Crew

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Salary based on: Experience, skills and performance

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Barista to join the KIOSK KAFFEE team.

Beverage Preparation

- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee, shakes, frappes, mojitos and other beverages as per standard recipes.

- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other café equipment.

- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, quantity and presentation.

- Follow proper recipes and portion control.

‍ Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide friendly service.

- Take orders accurately and efficiently.

- Explain menu items and recommend suitable products.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Maintain a positive customer experience.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

- Keep the coffee bar, counter and café area clean and organized.

- Follow food-safety and personal-hygiene standards.

- Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other equipment.

- Store milk, coffee, syrups and other ingredients properly.

Stock & Inventory

- Check daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, packaging and other ingredients.

- Inform the supervisor about low stock or damaged items.

- Follow FIFO inventory practices.

- Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Sales & Operations

- Support daily opening and closing procedures.

- Maintain smooth operations during peak hours.

- Promote suitable add-ons, upgrades and combo offers.

- Assist with billing/order processing when required.

- Work as part of the café team to achieve sales and service targets.

Salary & Career Growth

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month

Annual Increment

Salary will be reviewed once every year based on performance.





Employees demonstrating good performance, discipline and consistent attendance may receive a 5%–10% annual increment, with higher increments possible for exceptional performers.

Career progression may include:

Trainee Barista → Barista → Senior Barista → Shift Supervisor

⏰ Working Hours & Weekly Off

KIOSK KAFFEE operates according to café business requirements and shift schedules.

Employees may be rostered across a 10–12 hour shift window including breaks/rest intervals, depending on operational requirements.

Actual working hours, rest breaks and overtime will be managed in accordance with applicable labour laws.

Weekly Off

1 weekly off will be provided as per the duty roster. The weekly off may rotate depending on café operations.

Overtime

Where overtime is legally applicable, it will be recorded and compensated according to applicable law and company policy.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior café/barista experience preferred but freshers may also apply.

- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages is an advantage.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good personal hygiene and grooming.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

- Punctual, responsible and disciplined.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
