Unisex Spa is looking for a **professional, friendly, and well-presented Front Office Receptionist** to join our team in Cuttack.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Welcome and assist clients professionally.

* Handle front desk operations and customer enquiries.

* Manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups.

* Explain spa services and packages to customers.

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in clients.

* Maintain basic records and coordinate with spa therapists.

* Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

**Candidate Requirements:**

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Polite, confident, and qualified personality.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Prior experience in reception, hospitality, salon, or spa is preferred.
