âREQUIREMENTS:

⢠Develop and implement strategic plans for the billing department to achieve organizational goals

⢠Establish and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

⢠Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leads, and billing professionals

⢠Collaborate with senior management to align billing strategies with overall business objectives

⢠Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

⢠Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the billing function

⢠Make decisions about what needs to be done to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

⢠Bachelorâs degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

⢠10+ years of progressive experience in billing or accounting roles, with significant managerial experience

⢠Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking

⢠Solid financial acumen and analytical skills

⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
