The HRP Integration / Implementation Support Engineer is responsible for supporting HR and payroll integration projects, including onboarding, configuration, testing, and ongoing operational support.
This role focuses on data integration, system configuration, and collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementation and smooth operation of HRP solutions. It plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Implementation Support
- Support project onboarding, data collection, and requirement gathering activities
- Assist in HRIS-to-payroll mapping using standard templates
- Support configuration of platforms such as Optix and integration connectors
- Assist in managing change requests (e.g., PECI updates, documentation changes)
Testing & Issue Management
- Perform data validation and support SIT and UAT testing phases
- Log, track, and assist in resolving defects and integration issues
- Monitor and resolve integration failures during BAU operations
