Job Description:
As an Accounts Executive , you will play a crucial role inour finance and accounting department, ensuring the integrity of financial transactions and contributing to the company's fiscal health. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including tax compliance, payroll management, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
 Ascertain various tax liabilities, evaluate tax compliance documents, and prepare tax challans and payments.
 Collect income tax declarations from employees, calculate net salaries after deductions, and prepare detailed salary statements.
 Verify and record receipt/payment transactions in the books of accounts, prepare reconciliation statements, and manage cash and inventory effectively.




 Process purchase/sales-related documents and accurately enter accounting entries in journals.
 Assist in making provisions under various financial heads, prepare depreciation statements, and generate reports on profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
 Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, maintaining a high level of service orientation and achieving customer satisfaction.
 Uphold the integrity of financial transactions to ensure data security and adhere to ethical business practices.
 Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Skills and Qualifications:
 Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in the energy or construction sector.
 Sound knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel
