Account Manager is responsible for managing important clients or partner schools. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, solving customer issues, ensuring satisfaction, and helping the company grow business with existing customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and schools.
- Communicate regularly through calls, emails, meetings, and visits.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable support.
- Conduct school visits and review meetings.
2. Customer Support & Retention
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service issues.
- Follow up on unresolved issues until they are solved.
- Maintain long-term partnerships and improve retention.
3. Business Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
4. Collections
- Develop and implement an effective collection plan.
- Monitor and ensure all collections are completed by their due dates in the assigned zone.
5.Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain customer records, updates, and communication history.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams.
6. Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support.
• Monitor customer engagement and collect feedback.
