Role & responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Read drawings, understand specifications, and develop fabrication plans for sheet metal parts.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., welding, assembly) to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all production operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification required; degree preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
