- Manager - Contracts We are seeking an experienced Manager - Contracts to lead our contract management function in Agra and Prayagraj.
- The successful candidate will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to compliance and claims management, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for commercial and vendor agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions, incorporating risk mitigation and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align contract terms with organizational policies.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and implement contract management tools to track milestones, renewals, and obligations.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including local Indian contract law and industry standards.
- Manage claims and dispute resolution processes,



coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training on contract policies and best practices to internal teams.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in contract management, administration, and negotiation.
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
- Robust knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal contract management, and contract compliance.
- Experience with claims management and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications in contract management are a plus.
