We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Lead, motivate, and manage store sales staff.
Monitor stock availability, inventory, and product displays.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with the management team regarding sales, stock,
and store requirements.
Handle billing, cash management, and other store-related activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in retail/store management preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Leadership and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
