Position: MEP Manager

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
- Experience in the construction and commissioning of Hospitals, High-Rise Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Mixed-Use Developments, or 5-Star Hotels.
- Exposure to healthcare projects and hospital MEP systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client teams during project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting,



and ELV systems.
- Knowledge of MEP design, technical specifications, BOQs, and bill of materials.
- Familiarity with hospital-specific services such as Medical Gas Systems, Nurse Call Systems, and Pneumatic Chute Systems.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
