Role & responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients as per the defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.
- Cross sell Micro Housing Loans designed to cater to the needs of existing JSFB customers.
- Leverage the existing JC relationships to promote and source the Housing /Home
- Improvement loans/LAP business
- Manage customer relationship
- Post disbursement servicing
- Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped branch
- Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff
Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of selling housing loans/LAP product and must have team handling experience.
- Can manage 3 to 5 branches.
