Role Description
The Credit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi Tehsil. The role involves overseeing credit operations, assessing creditworthiness of applicants, and managing the credit portfolio in alignment with the organization’s social impact objectives. Daily tasks include reviewing loan applications, analyzing financial information, monitoring credit risk, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



The Credit Manager will collaborate with field teams to understand community needs, design appropriate credit solutions, and provide guidance on credit-related decisions. The role also includes preparing regular reports, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements that support responsible lending and sustainable development.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills to handle loan evaluation, approval, and portfolio oversight.
- Candidates should possess Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills to assess borrower risk, interpret data, and make sound credit decisions.
