Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support effective project planning and scheduling to enable timely, cost-effective, and well-coordinated project delivery.
2. Contribute to development of realistic and achievable project timelines aligned with approved scope and budgets.
3. Act as a planning partner to project teams, enabling informed decision-making through accurate data and analysis. .

Reporting & Coordination

1. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
2. Maintain continuous liaison with management on planning status and key milestones.

Operational Responsibilities

1. Prepare, update, and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules, including identification of critical paths and available float.
2. Assist project teams in defining scope, sequencing activities, and allocating resources efficiently.
3. Support preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts by linking schedules with cost and resource data.
4. Monitor progress, hours, and costs to identify trends and support proactive forecasting.
5. Evaluate scope changes, additional work orders, and schedule impacts, and highlight implications clearly.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to compare costs, timelines, and delivery commitments.
7. Maintain complete and accurate planning documentation, reports, and records.
8. Prepare technical statements of work for construction and modification activities.
9. Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and align reported data with actual site conditions.
10. Analyze project data, identify potential risks or delays, and recommend practical solutions to supervisors.

People Management

1. Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, Procurement,



and Design teams to support effective planning and coordination of project activities.
2. Support senior planning professionals by collecting, validating, and consolidating planning inputs from various disciplines.
3. Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and schedule ownership at site level.
4. Assist in guiding junior staff, interns, or site engineers on progress reporting, data accuracy, and schedule updates.
5. Maintain effective day-to-day coordination with contractors and vendors to ensure timely flow of planning information.
6. Encourage open communication and constructive problem-solving when addressing planning or sequencing challenges.
7. Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
8. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and respect in all interactions, reinforcing organizational values.

BE Civil/Diploma Civil
