- Implement marketing campaigns that highlight the technical, agronomic, and economic advantages of products
- Regular motivation, monitoring and training to sales team to increase the work efficiency & outputs.
- Set the overall business direction, ensure seamless coordination with dealers, and oversee timely follow-ups.
