Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Chemist to manage and monitor day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensure smooth batch processing, maintain production documentation, and follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily production and batch manufacturing activities.
- Handle chemical processes, production equipment, and batch operations.
- Ensure production as per SOP, BMR, and approved procedures.
- Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality compliance.
- Support process improvement and production target achievement.
- Manage manpower and shift activities effectively.
