Department Business Development The candidate must have an established network of contacts within the gems and jewellery ecosystem, including but not limited to:

Jewellery retailers and chains (both domestic and international)

Diamond and gemstone traders

Jewellery designers and manufacturers

Exporters and distributors

Online/digital jewellery platforms

Buyers from key markets (e.g., U.S., Europe, UAE, India, Hong Kong)

Develop & Execute Sales Strategy

Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company

Identify current business opportunities in both local and global markets (e.g.,

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with business goals, drive market penetration, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Business Development

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with jewelers, distributors, and

Manage and track key sales KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure sales activities





Team Leadership & Management

Build, lead, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Provide training, motivation, and performance management.
