- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per SOPs
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain QC instruments; ensure calibration logs are updated
- Document and review test results, maintaining accurate QC records
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Assist in developing and refining QC procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Monitor environmental conditions in the lab to ensure test accuracy
- Support in preparing COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for finished goods
- Participate in internal audits and ensure readiness for external inspections
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals
- Provide feedback to R&D; on product performance and quality trends
Skills Required:

Experience Required:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably Industrial Paint division, with chemical/chemistry background
Qualification required:
Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemicals, Chemistry, Paint Technology, or a related field.
