Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing Experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team Hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI & CPC campaigns Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers or similar Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers
- Drive publisher growth and campaign performance
- Build robust relationships with affiliate partners
- Monitor campaign profitability and optimize performance
