Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs for interior and architectural projects.
Calculate quantities from drawings and site measurements.
Prepare estimates, rate analysis, and cost calculations.
Prepare and verify client, contractor, and subcontractor bills.
Check actual site quantities against BOQ.
Prepare variation, deviation, and extra item statements.
Prepare material and quantity reconciliation.
Check vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Accounts, and Site Teams.
Maintain BOQ, billing, measurement, and project records.
Assist in final billing and project closure.
