Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end MICE operations across pan-India markets—orchestrating venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and in office execution for 50+ annual events.
Act as primary liaison between corporate clients and internal teams to translate event briefs into flawlessly executed programs aligned with ROI and brand objectives.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with hotels, AV vendors, transport providers, and DMCs to ensure premium service delivery and cost efficiency.
Implement scalable workflows and SOPs to standardize event delivery, reduce execution risk,



and drive client retention through exceptional CX.
Monitor event P&Ls;, deliver post-event ROI reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase EBITDA margins by 15–20% annually.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of MICE coordinators, logistics managers, and client success specialists across 3+ regional hubs.
