Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities at our office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, handling invoices and payments, bank reconciliation, GST/TDS-related work, and supporting the management with accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related compliances.
Prepare and verify GST invoices and maintain relevant documentation.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.




Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer/vendor statements.
Verify bills, supporting documents, and expenses before processing payments.
Prepare monthly and periodic reports as required by management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders when required.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.
Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
