Texas Instruments is seeking a Digital Design Manager. In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating digital electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. As a Digital Design Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the effective operation of the function.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience in analog/RF validation engineering
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Proven track record of leading complex validation projects from concept to completion
