Role & responsibilities:
Creating HSE awareness among work force & management,
Active participation in Inductions, Trainings, Tool Box Talks, etc.
Developing Inspection & surveillance plan for HSE,
Ensure smooth functioning of HSE processes, with OR without software.
Leading the HSE Team on all fronts successfully including allocation,
Leading & directing external safety services,
Participate in interview & selection process of HSE personnel,
Managing periodic site safety audits,
Effective implementation of Safety Violation debit system,
Developing & implementing periodical HSE Surveillance process.
Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned,
Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of HSE Management.
Providing Support for ISO 18001 certification.
