About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented
Relationship Manager – Debt Syndication
to join our Debt Syndication / Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team in Mumbai.
The role involves
building and managing corporate relationships, identifying funding requirements, generating debt prospects and supporting the execution of debt fundraising transactions
.
The ideal candidate will have solid relationship-building and business development skills, an understanding of corporate finance and credit, and the ability to engage with
Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Heads and senior corporate decision-makers
.
The candidate will work closely with senior team members to originate and execute debt transactions across various sectors and financing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and develop relationships with potential corporate borrowers.
Build and maintain relationships with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Heads and senior management.
Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, references, networking and direct outreach.
