Job Summary
Zywave is seeking a
Technical Lead – .NET, Azure & React
to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in
.NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git
, capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a team-oriented engineering culture.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.




Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.
Proven hands-on expertise in:
.NET Framework/Core, C#
Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services)
React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
SQL Server (T-SQL)
Git
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
