Welcome and greet guests in a warm, courteous, and qualified manner.

Assist guests with seating and provide menus promptly.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

Serve food and beverages efficiently while following proper service standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, tables, chairs, and service areas.

Set up and explicit tables before and after guest service.

Ensure proper table setup with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.

Attend to guest requests, queries, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth and timely service.

Check food presentation and ensure orders are served correctly.

Assist in buffet setup, replenishment,



and service when required.

Maintain adequate stock of service equipment and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.

Follow hotel/restaurant SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Support the team during busy periods, events, banquets, and special functions.

Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
