About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager with robust experience in presales, solution consulting, and bid management. This role focuses on supporting revenue growth by enabling sales teams with strong solutioning, improving proposal win rates, and driving strategic business initiatives.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Technology, and Leadership teams to convert opportunities into successful wins and expand customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solutioning
Lead end-to-end solution development for strategic deals
Manage RFI, RFP, RFQ, and bid responses
Create compelling proposals, value propositions, and business cases
Conduct client presentations, demos, and workshops
Sales Enablement & Growth Support
Support sales teams in identifying and qualifying opportunities
Develop account growth plans for key clients
Build sales collateral, solution decks, and playbooks
Improve deal qualification and proposal effectiveness
Revenue Growth Initiatives
Identify new revenue streams and service opportunities
Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Contribute to current solution offerings (AI, cloud, managed services)
Customer Engagement
Build solid relationships with key stakeholders
Develop case studies, success stories, and references
Support executive-level customer interactions
Sales Operations & Governance
Support pipeline tracking and forecasting
Monitor bid performance and win rates
Ensure proposal quality and governance standards
Drive continuous improvement in presales processes
Leadership & Strategic Alignment
Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence
Contribute to business planning and expansion strategies
