About The Role
As a Legal Compliance Officer, you will report to the General Counsel and form part of the Emerald Clinical Legal team.
Your primary responsibilities shall include company and corporate governance, and compliance matters for the whole Group covering the Asia Pacific region, EU and the USA. This role offers the chance to work in a rapid-paced, agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support compliance.
Your Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Corporate Affairs (primary ownership and coordination of):
Global entity management and corporate records
Board and shareholder matters
Corporate governance framework
Director and officer appointments/resignations
Company secretarial oversight and coordination with external providers
Statutory filing governance and monitoring
