Role Overview

We are looking for a MBA with robust Business Finance and FP&A; experience to partner with business leaders in driving financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, pricing, costing, MIS reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
Support pricing decisions, deal evaluations, and profitability analysis.
Drive costing, margin management, and cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business leaders to improve financial performance.




Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
Drive process improvements and reporting automation.

Required Skills & Experience
MBA with 10–15 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance.
Solid expertise in:
Budgeting & Forecasting
Pricing & Commercial Finance
Costing & Profitability Analysis
MIS & Management Reporting
Business Partnering
Financial Modeling
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI/Tableau preferred.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
