Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Database Administrator (DBA)
to manage, maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise database environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database performance, availability, backup and recovery, security, troubleshooting, and capacity management.

Candidates with experience across
Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or cloud database platforms
are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database systems.
Monitor database performance, availability, and resource utilization.
Perform database backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
Troubleshoot database performance, connectivity, and availability issues.
Optimize SQL queries, indexes, stored procedures, and database configurations.
Implement database security, access controls, roles, and permissions.




Conduct database health checks and performance tuning.
Manage replication, clustering, high-availability, and failover environments.
Plan and execute database migrations and upgrades.
Monitor storage capacity and proactively address database growth.
Maintain database documentation, procedures, and operational standards.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams.
Participate in production deployments, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
Ensure databases meet organizational security, availability, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of database administration and architecture.
Hands-on experience with one or more databases:
Oracle
MySQL
PostgreSQL
Microsoft SQL Server
MongoDB
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Experience with backup and recovery strategies.
