The ideal candidate should possess a background in field services related to automation, coupled with a strong sales presence. A comprehensive grasp of industrial automation products and a proven track record of driving sales growth and fostering enduring customer relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with the company's goals
Identify and pursue current business prospects, target markets, and potential clients in the designated regions
Take charge of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to successful deal closure, ensuring the attainment of sales targets

Services Commissioning:
Oversee and coordinate the successful commissioning of machines at customers' locations
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation, setup, and testing of machines




Offer technical support to clients during the commissioning process, promptly addressing challenges and issues
Demonstrate proficiency in Panels, Instruments, standard signals, Wiring Drawings (SLD), and Hydraulics systems

Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate solid, enduring relationships with key customers and stakeholders, gaining insights into their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

Market Analysis and Insights:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential obstacles
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and product enhancements

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performan
