Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.
Generate and improve qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.




Create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

Requirements:
5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience in the IT / Software / Digital Services industry will be an added advantage.
