Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Autoclaves and Industrial Ovens during assigned shifts.
Ensure proper temperature, pressure, vacuum, and cycle parameters as per process requirements.
Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormalities during operation.
Carry out routine inspections and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
Maintain shift-wise operation logs, production records, temperature/pressure records, and checklists.
Ensure secure loading/unloading of materials and proper execution of autoclave/oven cycles.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
Handle shift manpower and ensure proper work allocation and discipline.
Report breakdowns, process deviations, and equipment abnormalities to the concerned department.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
