About the Role
We are hiring a
RF & Hardware Systems Engineer
to lead the
end-to-end hardware architecture and RF system design
for 4G/5G small and macro cell base stations.
This is a high-impact role working across
RF design, mixed-signal PCB, power systems, and SoC integration
, building production-grade telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Own
RF & hardware architecture
for 4G/5G small cell products
Design full
RF signal chain
(antenna → LNA/PA → transceiver → baseband)
Perform
link budget, noise, EVM, ACPR, and sensitivity analysis
Lead
multi-layer PCB design
(RF + high-speed digital integration)
Define
clocking, synchronization (PTP/SyncE), and power architecture
Drive
hardware bring-up, RF validation, and compliance testing
Ensure adherence to
3GPP, TEC, WPC, BIS standards
Collaborate with SoC, firmware, and manufacturing teams
Required Skills
Robust expertise in
RF systems & circuit design
(LNA, PA, filters, matching)
Experience in
mixed-signal PCB design & RF layout
Knowledge of
RF transceivers (ADRV/AD9xxx or similar)
Understanding of
clocking & synchronization (PTP, GPS, PLL)
Familiarity with
high-speed interfaces (PCIe, JESD204B, USB3)
Hands-on with
RF test equipment
(VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator)
Working knowledge of
3GPP standards (TS 38.104 / 36.104)
Valuable to Have
Experience with
LTE / 5G small cell hardware design
Exposure to
CPRI/eCPRI or O-RAN architectures
Knowledge of
DPD and PA linearisation
Experience with
India regulatory certifications (TEC, WPC, BIS)
