Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for aesthetics, branding, and marketing communication while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creatives.

KRA: Task / Activities
Design social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and promotional posts.
Create brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, standees, and other print marketing materials.
Design product packaging, labels, and branding assets as required.
Edit and enhance product images for websites, social media, and online marketplaces.
Develop creatives for websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute branding and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all creatives are consistent with brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and suggest innovative concepts.




Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadline.

KPI: Performance Metrics
Timely delivery of assigned design projects.
Quality, creativity, and originality of design output.
Consistency in branding across all creatives.
Minimal revisions due to quality issues.
Effectiveness and engagement of digital creatives.
Ability to meet campaign deadlines consistently.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
Solid typography, colour theory, and layout design skills.
Excellent creativity and visual storytelling ability.
Valuable communication and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

Preferred skills
Adobe InDesign.
Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Motion graphics and basic animation.
Product image editing and retouching.
Basic UI/UX knowledge.
