This is a full-time in office role for an Academic Counsellor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will guide students by providing personalized academic and career counseling, understanding their aspirations, and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. The role includes assessing students’ questions, advising on academic programs, and ensuring they align with their long-term goals. Regular communication with students, parents, and stakeholders will be integral to ensuring a smooth counseling process.
Qualifications
Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and support students effectively in their educational and skilled journeys.
Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education expertise to provide tailored advice aligned with students' goals and academic programs.
Solid Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and educators in a professional and empathetic manner.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a collaborative team environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. A postgraduate degree or prior experience in academic counseling is a plus.
