Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide database support for both production and non-production settings.
Optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to achieve maximum performance and efficiency.
Conduct performance tuning, query analysis, and troubleshoot database-related issues.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain high-quality, reliable code.
Collaborate with development teams during design reviews to provide database architecture and optimization recommendations.
Prepare and execute Unit Tests (UTs) to validate code stability and performance.
Continuously monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Document best practices, maintain runbooks, and contribute to improving database operations and support processes.

Years of Experience:
6–9 years of experience in SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and database support.





Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Oracle certifications (OCP/OCA) preferred.

Skill Set Required:

Must Have:
Solid expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development.
Proven experience in SQL performance tuning and PL/SQL optimization techniques.
High-level understanding of Oracle Database Architecture.
Experience with design, unit testing (UTs), and code quality reviews.

Positive to Have:
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
