Purpose of the Job: Responsible for developing Packaging options for recent products / new categories. As a Packaging Expert, to give technical Inputs to brand team / design agency for Artwork Development. As part of the role, will be looking for Sustainable packaging options for the existing and new products. Spearheading Cost Optimisation in packaging

Key Accountabilities
Packaging designing for current products and new category products
Product Specification for all new products
Vendor Identification / Audit / Approval / Costing Negotiation along with

Commercial Team
KLD finalisation for new products including dummy development / transit trials
Online Artwork Management and approval - external agency
Coordination with Vendors - development / approval / systems




Coordinating with Cross Functional Team for New Product Development / Launch

Skills And Competencies
Different printing technologies
Complete understanding on different packaging materials
Understanding of statutory requirements across different states
Analytical, multitasking and valuable at communication
Strategic thought process
Excellent inter-personal skills to engage effectively with internal and external teams

Requirements

Qualifications
PGDM in Packaging from IIP or SIES

Experience
Min. 2+ years experience in FMCG product
