We are looking for 3 motivated and customer-focused Sales Travel Agency Assistants to join Travelmojo Holidays, Attingal.
You will assist customers with flight bookings, UAE/GCC visa services, holiday packages and other travel arrangements, while maintaining excellent communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups
Sell and assist with flight tickets, UAE/GCC visas and holiday packages
Prepare quotations and travel itineraries
Coordinate with airlines, visa suppliers, hotels and other travel partners
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates
Support repeat business and customer referrals
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a travel agency, ticketing or travel sales role
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English
Knowledge of domestic and international travel services
Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and travel documentation
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and computer applications
Positive attitude, positive follow-up skills and willingness to achieve targets
Previous experience with UAE/GCC travel or visa services is an advantage
