Process Discipline - Enforce SOPs, documentation standards, and eliminate deviations.




Global Coordination - Liaise with international teams to ensure directives are executed effectively.
Performance Monitoring - Track site productivity, identify inefficiencies, and ensure effective utilization of work hours.
Reporting - Provide clear updates, highlight risks, and deliver actionable insights.
Administrative Oversight - Ensure smooth functioning of office and site support infrastructure.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in operations or project management within the construction industry
Proven ability to manage multi-department teams across design, procurement, and execution
Experience working with global teams preferred
Solid background in construction workflows, site coordination, and project delivery
