As a Retail Associate at CARS24, you will:
Engage with retail customers to explain the car-buying and selling process.
Build and maintain robust relationships with car dealers across the region.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in direct/hardcore sales.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Prior experience or familiarity with the automobile industry is a plus.
Positive understanding of car dealership networks and used car market dynamics.
Ability to build rapport with dealers and encourage participation in online auctions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
